Delivery Policy

1- You should check your product at the time of delivery, before the courier leaves.

2- If the product or package you purchased is damaged, ask the courier to issue a "Cargo damage determination report"

3- Returns of damaged products that are not sent with the cargo damage assessment report are not accepted.

4- The return process of the products sent with the cargo damage determination report is started and the refunds are made.
